Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is speaking at the Chatham House, an independent policy institute based in London as part of his trip to the Britain.
He is expected to discuss Israel's foreign policy with respect to the current tensions in the Middle East.
Netanyahu will then continue to the London Stock Exchange.
Netanyahu is in London to commemorate the 100th anniversary since the Balfour Declaration and to discuss a number of current foreign policy concerns including the Iranian nuclear deal and the general atmosphere in the Middle East.
On Thursday he met with British Prime Minister Theresa May to discuss Israel's concerns regarding Iran and attended a closed gala event in honor of the Balfour declaration centennial.
